Internal notification system OK STS Toužim, a.s.

Based on the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the “Whistleblower Protection Act”), OK STS Toužim, a.s. has established a separate internal reporting system.

The internal whistleblowing system enables employees and other potential authorised whistleblowers to report possible illegal conduct to OK STS Toužim, a.s., which the whistleblower has become aware of in connection with their work or other similar activities for the company, provided that the legal conditions are met.

In order to meet all the obligations imposed on our company as an obliged entity by the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have established a relevant internal process for reporting violations and have also adopted the relevant internal measures for the protection of whistleblowers, which are regulated in the Internal Directive on the Internal Reporting System and Whistleblower Protection at OK STS Toužim, a.s.

In view of the above, we hereby publish on our website in a manner allowing remote access the mandatory information pursuant to § 9 para. 2 lit. (b) of the Whistleblower Protection Act, in the aggregate:
